St. Patrick's Day lunch for staff

Thursday, March 17th the PTO is organizing a lunch for the staff...we are in need of a little help!
We are totally covered on the desserts and rolls, now we need the corned beef and cabbage...its very easy and cheap to make..you can make it the night before and warm it up Thursday morning in a crock pot.
We are hoping to have everything set up and ready by 10:30am....in the teachers lounge.
