PTO Meeting March 3rd

General PTO Meeting is March 3rd, 7pm in the school library.
We are taking nominations for the 2011 PTO Board...if you are interested in a position, please contact Wendy Reichle 636 561 7708
Positions are...President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. It is not as much work as you might think and you will get a training session!
Also, we have started our list of Committee Chairs for 2011, come to the meeting and find out what is available!
Elections for the board will be held at the April Meeting, which leaves the May meeting as a review of the year and we will talk about the Last day of School Carnival AND we will vote on what to do with any money that is remaining on our statement. Per our by laws, we have to spend or allocate all remaining money and have $2000 available for start up money for the next school year. So far, a suggestion is to allocate money for each classroom to use for classroom parties! Anyone that was a classroom party parent knows how hard putting a party together can be! Please bring any more suggestions to the meeting..we would love to hear them!!!!
