LAST DAY OF SCHOOL CARNIVAL!
The last day of school is Wednesday, May 26th. The PVE PTO will be holding the Carnival once again and will need some help from our wonderful parents!
There are 2 shifts....9:30am to 10:45am At this time, Kindergarten (AM) 3rd 4th and 5th graders will be out
Then 1:15pm to 2:45pm with Kindergarten (PM) 1st 2nd graders will be out.
Here are the stations where we will need help...
sno cones 3ppl
football toss 2ppl
sucker pull 1person
duck pond 1 person
ring toss 2 ppl
cake walk 2ppl
tattoo station 4 people at this one would be great...there is always a long line here
jump rope contest 1 person
we will have 3 inflatables and will need 2 ppl at each one at all times
2 other games that we are borrowing from the Lammert family that will need 1 per person as well
The students have 1 1/2 hours out there and just run around and do whatever they want. We are out there to be sure they are safe and have fun!
We can not give out prizes from the games since the students can not take anything on the bus with them so we pass out small pieces of candy. I have that taken care of. All of these games we own so there is nothing to buy.
I will be out there in the morning at 8:30am to set up and will need some help there.
Please let me know if you can help and if you want to work a certain station. If not I will just give you a station and will let you know what that is once we get out there. It is always a lot of fun!
