Trivia Night donations needed
Now I know that you see this TRIVIA NIGHT DONATIONS NEEDED and kind of freak out, sigh or panic...but don't! IT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!!
Our Annual Trivia Night is March 13. At this event we give out door prizes and have raffles and auctions. This is a huge event for the PTO and there is a team of parents together that is working very hard asking local businesses for donations. (we already have gift card from AV Nails, donation for THE SOUTH BUTT, ROOM NIGHT AT THE RITZ CARLTON AND BLUES TICKETS! We also have a free birthday party at sk8 galaxy and more!)
We are asking you..DO YOU HAVE ANY CONTACTS OR ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE? I am not asking anyone to go out and buy anything! Do you work somewhere that might be able to donate something that we can auction off, give away as a door prize or raffle off??? Some ideas....tickets to shows or games, gift certificates to restaurants or shoppes or for services, oil changes, ETC. Do you make jewelry, or sell something like candles or Pampered Chef? Do you work at a salon or auto shop? We will take anything! Sometimes you can put a few items together that will make a really nice prize!
PLEASE REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT ASKING OR EXPECT ANYONE TO GO OUT AND BUY ANYTHING!
We will promote everyone that donates to us on our website and at the event. We can pass out business cards or menus, etc. to help anyone out that helps us out! I can email a donation letter if needed.

ALL PROFITS FROM THIS EVENT AND THE SILENT AUCTION ARE GOING TO SUPPORT OUR PTO BUDGET...THE PTO IS GIVING THE NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A DONATION TO GET THAT PTO/PTA UP AND RUNNING AND THESE FUNDS WILL PAY FOR THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL CARNIVAL AND OTHER ITEMS THAT THE PTO HAS COMMITTED TO FUNDING AT PRAIRIE VIEW.
