Greetings PTO Members,
Busy, busy, busy would best describe our upcoming PTO agendas.  We have so much to
discuss in the upcoming meetings and really need your input!  Here's a rundown of
important PTO Meetings and information:

February 4: General Meeting-  We will be VOTING on where the funds raised at Trivia
Night will be going!!! Central Office will also be present to answer some boundary
questions (PVE will be holding an Open House to discuss boundaries at a later date
as well so you will have another chance to hear information other than this PTO
Meeting)

March Meeting:  We will be discussing possible Fundraising Companies for the
2010-2011 school year at PVE.  We need your opinion on what company or idea you
think will work best for PVE.  We will vote on which company or idea at the April
Meeting.

April Meeting: We will be voting on the Fundraiser!! ****We also need to find PTO
Board Members and Committee Chairs for PVE for the 2010-2011 school year. What a
great opportunity to step up while the population is smaller and more easier to
service.  PVE needs you...it's a rewarding job to help our kids...think about this
great opportunity.
