Updating PTO Manager for Prairie View Elementary

Welcome Back to School! We are in the process of updating PTO Manager for Prairie View Elementary. If you signed up to receive Prairie View PTO messages last year, you know how valuable that information can be for busy parents and staff members. We would like to keep you up-to-date and informed. In order to continue to receive these important updates, you will need to join the PTO or fill out a request for PTO emails. There is form that will be coming home with your student entitled, "PTO Membership Form". This is the form you need to fill out to get PTO emails and access to the PTO Manager database. Last year's form will expire today. If you are no longer interested in receiving PV PTO messages, you don't need to do a thing. Your information will expire at the end of today. PTO Officers and Committee Chairs for the 2009-2010 school year will remain in "active" status pending the receipt of your PTO Membership Form. Please be sure to join for the new school year !

We hope you will consider joining the PTO. We help fund many important events and activities for our students and staff. Your membership dues enable us to continue these programs and gives you a voice in how funds raised are spent. Joining the PTO does not require tons of volunteer time and committment. You don't have to attend meetings (although we'd love to see you there), you don't have to volunteer (although we'd love your help), we just want you to be a part of the organization that works to bring school and home together in a fun and friendly way.
