Staff Appreciation Week
Staff Appreciation Week is next week and we still need your help. Here's how:
Volunteers to help in the game room for the following shifts:
Monday: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm
Tuesday: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm
Wednesday: 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm
Thursday: 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm,
Friday: 2pm-4pm
Food and/or money donations:
5th grade families: items for the waffle bar. Ideas: orange juice, milk, syrups, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar. Please bring to school Friday, May 8th
4th grade families: Sweet/Healthy treats. Ideas: brownies, cakes, cookies, granola bars, veggies & dip, cheese & crackers, bottled water, fruit, fruit dip. Please bring to school Monday, May 11th
3rd grade families: Items to put together sack lunches. Ideas: apples, individually wrapped cookies/treats, individual chip bags, cans of soda, $toward cost of sub sandwiches. Please bring to school Tuesday, May 12th.
2nd grade families: vanilla yogurt, bananas, or strawberries for fruit smoothies. Please bring to school Wednesday, May 13th.
1st/Kindergarten families: Items for taco bar. Ideas: taco shells (soft & hard), shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, ground beef (or $ to defray cost of meat).
****WE WILL NEED TO PURCHASE WHATEVER IS NOT DONATED, SO MONEY IS ALSO GREATLY APPRECIATED TO HELP DEFRAY THESE COSTS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE MONEY IN LIEU OF BRINGING IN A FOOD DONATION, PLEASE SEND IT IN AN ENVELOPE MARKED: PTO - STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK, ATTN: KIM CHAPMAN, MISSIE DETERS.
