PTO Secret Pal Program

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know where we are with the Secret Pal program for the Staff Appreciation Committee. So far we have about 40 people who've volunteered to be a secret pal. We have close to 100 staff members at Prairie View, so in order to make this program work we still need LOTS and LOTS of volunteers.

If we are able to get this program up and running, here is what would be involved:

*You will randomly be paired with a Prairie View Staff Member
* Each month you will anonymously give your secret pal fun little tokens of appreciation (i.e. card, candy bar, favorite snack, flower, etc. USE YOUR IMAGINATION). Please do not spend more than $5 on any one gift so as to be fair to everyone.
*At the end of the year you will be revealed to your secret pal.

If you have any question about how this program works, please do not hesitate to contact either Missie Deters or myself. We would be have to answer any questions.

This is such a fun program that both the parents and teachers enjoy and it's a great way to go the extra mile for our terrific staff, so if you are interested in being a secret pal please reply to this e-mail by October 15th.
