PVE Carnival!

Our End of the Year Carnival will be on May 30th! We are looking for volunteers to help out during the day!
On Thursday Night, we will be gathering everything we will need in the morning, all we will need to do is take it out and set it up! I will be at school on Thursday night at 6pm, if you can help out, we will need it! This should take about a hour.
On Friday, we will not be able to set up until after the buses pull away. With everything ready to go, this should only take a few minutes. The first shift starts at 9am and is over at 10:30pm. The 2nd shift starts at 1pm-2:30pm. As soon as we are done, we will need to bring everything in and put it away, this means bringing in a few tables, and leaving everything else in the PTO closet. I have plans on getting in there and cleaning it out later this summer so it will not be a big deal!
If you can help, pls come Thursday night, Friday morning or Friday afternoon. Please try to be at school about 15 minutes before the shifts start.
This will be HUGE fun and I think the kids will love it! We have 3 bounce houses, (a jump house, a slide and a obstacle course). We will have tricycle races, football throw, sucker pull, candy walk, tattoo station, jump rope contest and sno cones!!
Now, if it rains, we will have this in the gym but will not have the sno cones, we don't want to have that mess!
We have everything we need, no donations are needed, just your help and time! I know that this is our last day of "freedom" before school is out, so I really think we will be done and out of there by 3pm!
A flier has been sent out about the carnival, if you have not gotten it, your teacher should be sending it home soon. This has a list of who is going out when, and all of this info as well. I will send out another email tomorrow with who is going out when.
Please join us! This will be something the kids will remember and they will have a ton of fun!
