PTO updates and reminders!

It is that time of the year again! The PTO will have Nominations for Board Officers for the 2008-2009 school year at our March meeting. Elections will be held at the April Meeting. If you have been thinking about getting involved as maybe President, 1st Vice Pres. 2nd Vice Pres. Secretary or Treasurer, this is your chance! Feel free to call Stephanie Deterding if you have any questions about these positions, she will be happy to let you know what the job requires! Also, our General Meeting set for March 6th will not be held at 4:30, it will be at 6:30pm. We apologize to anyone that is inconvenienced, but we will be having a HUGE vote at this meeting, and we had to make the change to accommodate more people. At this meeting, we will be discussing and voting on what to spend the profits from our Trivia Night. (This event will be held at ICD April 5th, info to come home soon!) We are talking about $5000 or $6000. On the ballot, a Portable Smart Board, Elmo Cameras, Soccer Goals and Baseball Backstop. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS, PLS CONTACT STEPHANIE DETERDING WITH YOUR IDEAS ASAP 294-2800!
At our last meeting, we did vote to use profits from the Market Day Brunch Bonus Days to purchase a portable projection screen, and we voted to allocate the profits from our Silent Auction to the playground.
