General PTO meeting- Agenda Change

I just wanted to let you know that I have changed the agenda for the General Meeting on Thursday, Feb. 7th. The PTO Committee Chairs had a meeting last night. Another idea has been brought to our attention for our Trivia Night funds. The Board Officers would like to look into this idea further and possibly put it on the ballot for voting. We need to vote on what or where out Trivia Night profits will go to, and we want to make sure that we research every idea that is brought to our attention. If you have any ideas, please feel free to contact me! So far, this is what we have, portable Smart Board, Elmo Camera, and soccer goals/baseball back stop for our field. If you would like to learn more about the Smart Boards or the Elmo Camera, just google them and you can see what we are talking about!
So, we will vote on Trivia Night profits at the March Meeting instead of this week. All demos will be presented at that time.
We do have other issues to vote on Thursday and I hope you will be able to join us! We want to hear from you!
