CLASS BASKET AUCTION DONATIONS
Parents,
Our Class Basket auction is coming up! The auction will be held in conjunction with the Breakfast with Santa and Holiday Bazaar event that will take place on Saturday, December 8th.
We need your help. Each classroom has a Class Basket Coordinator who is preparing your child's class basket. By now, you have probably received a flyer about your class bakset theme and a request for donations. Please consider donating to this effort. Cash donations are appreciated as well. The Class Basket Auction will DIRECTLY benefit your child's classroom. The profits from each class basket will be used towards the purchase of microscopes for the classroom. Our goal is to have two microscopes for EACH and EVERY class. The kids are excited about this. The teachers are thrilled with the prospect of a new teaching enhancement and the PTO is asking you to help show your support. Please donate to your child's class basket and make the auction a huge success. The deadline for turning the baskets in is Thursday, November 15th so we need your donations now. This will allow the coordinator to put the basket together and get it turned in on time. PLEASE GET YOUR DONATIONS IN ASAP!! If you have already donated, THANK YOU!! You are appreciated.
We have had lots of interest in the baskets and we have some great themes. Once the baskets are turned in, we will photograph each basket and have the photo and description available for you to look at on our PTO website. I will list the themes of the baskets that we are expecting to be turned in. Start thinking about what basket you might bid on. They will make great Holiday gifts!!! Take a look at all the themes!!
